This place has a great location and the staff here are friendly and really know what they're doing, making check-in a breeze; the bed was super comfy and the room was very clean and had a sofa sleeper.

Close to amenities, helpful staff, free breakfast and popcorn. Front desk staff dining suggestion. Great, clean bed and pool with towels. Easy check-in, nice staff. Clean, inviting rooms with comfy pillows. Nutritional breakfast options with yogurt. Reliable service.

The value for the money was great, with clean and comfortable rooms and extra cozy pillows. The location was convenient, and the staff at Comfort Inn were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Hotel breakfast could be improved by offering a choice of beverages besides just Pepsi products.

The good: very comfortable beds, nice bedding, newly-tiled shower with good water pressure, room carpet also seemed pretty new. Spacious. Dogs welcome.

The not: the toilet had not been cleaned (visible brown flecks on back of seat--agh!, not to mention the interior), the bathroom light switch was visibly grubby, the top kleenex had a watery brown stain on it. Yech. We tried to switch rooms but the hotel was sold out. But also the whole hotel just had a weird, off vibe. Lone dude drinking beer in the parking lot watching us unload. People smoking right by the doorways (probably because they place the ashtrays right outside the doorways--nice whiff right as you exit the place.) The odd layout--it's like a regular hotel with two more long rectangular hotels grafted onto the side of it in one long annex--meant walking an endless hallway to our room, with low ceilings and worn carpet and humid pool smell. Breakfast was a festival of styrofoam and plastic forks. The parking lots felt a little weird. Even though the hotel was totally full and there were people everywhere, we never felt quite at ease here, indoors or out.

the location was great, and breakfast was fair. After reservation was made staff did finally help find pet friendly room.

There was a male front desk staff member that was rude and unfriendly. When making the reservation there was no way to request a pet friendly room. It would of been nice to have a 24/7 open pool. Since it was hard to sleep the beds were rock hard.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right off the freeway and near a mall with plenty of dining options. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the room had a pleasant smell. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, making our check-in smooth and easy.

We really enjoy staying at this hotel when we visit Madison. The location is great and absolutely perfect, being close to restaurants and downtown. Potbelly Sandwich Works is just a pleasant stroll away, perfect for grabbing lunch. The attached restaurant serves hot food which is convenient for guests.
